Driving directions:

1. If you are approaching from the east or the west on the M27, leave the motorway at J11 (Fareham) and take the A27 (Eastern Way) towards the town centre.

2. At the first roundabout (market quay), turn left onto the A32 towards Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent.

3. Go straight over the first roundabout.

4. After a few hundred yards, the road forks left for Gosport and straight on for Lee-on-the-Solent. Go straight on, along the B3385 (Newgate Lane).

5. Keep going along Newgate Lane for approx. 3 miles, and 3 roundabouts, until you reach Marine Parade and the seafront. Turn left along Marine Parade East.

6. Take the 3rd road on the left, Portsmouth Road.

7. Take the 3rd road on the left, Raynes Road.

8. Take the 1st road on the right, South Place.

9. Avon Manor Guest House is about half way along on the left hand side of the road, at the junction with Clifton Road.

Where to park:

There is limited free parking directly in front of the house (off the road) and plenty more on the road.
